My Approach
I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
After receiving my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from York University, I opened a private practice in Burlington while also working as a staff psychologist at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. In the summer of 2013, I decided to focus on private practice full-time. Over the course of my career, I have also held psychological positions at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, and Toronto General Hospital.
I love teaching and supervising and have always had at least one student in my practice since I opened it. I am also faculty at Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto, and I feel honoured to have the opportunity to help future psychologists develop and hone this beautiful craft. I am passionate about innovation in psychotherapy and am currently writing a book about the particular way my practice of integrative and co-creative psychotherapy has evolved over the past twenty years.
I am also a registered yoga teacher and certified in Reiki, and I value bringing wisdom from Eastern traditions into my work with clients, students, and supervisees.
