We offer comprehensive psychological assessments and ADHD testing to help clarify diagnoses, better understand cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning, and guide effective treatment planning. These assessments involve a combination of clinical interviews, cognitive tests, personality tests, and questionnaires, and are conducted by graduate-level clinicians under the close supervision of registered psychologists.

Often clients are looking to better understand themselves and the reasons they have been struggling. A psychodiagnostic assessment is a broad-based assessment that can help identify and clarify concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, personality style, and other mental health conditions. An ADHD-specific assessment may be requested when concerns are specifically related to attention, executive functioning, and related areas across the lifespan.

Following an assessment, clients receive a detailed report summarizing findings, diagnostic impressions (if applicable), and individualized recommendations for treatment, school, workplace, or daily functioning. Our goal is to provide clarity, validation, and practical guidance to support meaningful next steps.
