My Approach
I approach therapy with curiosity and humility, believing that good work starts with truly listening to where you are and what you need, rather than assuming it in advance.
I am drawn to an integrative approach, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and humanistic, client-centred principles. I have a particular interest in helping clients build psychological flexibility—learning to make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while still moving toward what matters to them. I am especially drawn to working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
I bring fresh energy, an eagerness to learn, and genuine care for the people I work with. I am committed to creating a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative—one where you feel heard and understood, and supported in living a life that feels aligned with your values.
