My Approach
I begin my work by listening closely and meeting you where you are. I strive to create a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to make sense of what feels difficult.
I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, collaborating closely with loved ones, and working alongside interdisciplinary teams in private practice, hospital, and community settings. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to empathy, careful listening, and understanding each person within the context of their unique experiences. At Inner Garden, I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, identity questions, life transitions, anxiety, low mood, and the lingering impact of stress or trauma.
My research explores cultural identity as a psychological resource when navigating stress. I am particularly interested in how people draw on their values, sense of belonging, and lived experiences to cope with difficult emotions and life challenges. This perspective also informs the way I approach my clinical work.
My therapeutic style is rooted in a client-centred approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), emotion-focused perspectives, and holistic principles such as Adlerian psychology. Whether you are looking for practical tools or space for deeper reflection, I bring warmth and curiosity to our work together, helping you explore patterns, gain insight, and build greater confidence in your decisions.
