Bringing fresh knowledge, care and dedication to every client

Kangana Chawla

Kangana begins her work by listening closely and meeting you where you are. She strives to create a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can start to make sense of what feels difficult.

She has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, collaborating closely with loved ones, and working alongside interdisciplinary teams in private practice, hospital, and community settings. Through this work, she has developed a strong foundation in empathy and careful listening. At Inner Garden, she works with individuals navigating relationship challenges, identity questions, life transitions, anxiety, low mood, and the lingering impact of stress or trauma.

Kangana’s research explores cultural identity as a psychological resource when navigating stress. She is interested in understanding how people draw on their values, sense of belonging, and lived experiences to cope with difficult emotions and life challenges. This perspective informs her work with a diverse group of presenting concerns.

Her therapeutic style is rooted in a client-centered approach and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), emotion-focused perspectives (EFT), and holistic principles such as Adlerian psychology. Whether you are looking for practical tools or deeper reflection, Kangana brings warmth and curiosity to help you explore patterns, gain insight, and build confidence in your decisions.
