My Approach

I believe that therapy begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences with curiosity, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I take a client-centred, integrative approach, recognizing that every person brings unique experiences, challenges, and goals to therapy. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to understand what matters most while fostering greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

My previous experience includes supporting individuals navigating a range of mental health and addiction concerns through client intake and administrative roles in mental health settings. These experiences strengthened my appreciation for compassionate, person-centred care and the importance of creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, perfectionism, and self-esteem concerns. Whether you are looking to better understand yourself, navigate a difficult period, or build skills for lasting well-being, I am committed to supporting you with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration every step of the way.
